For event organizers:
The inwink OnSite application allows you to streamline and optimize the registration and check-in of participants (event reception and/or sessions) on the day of an event managed with inwink.
Sign-in / check-in :
Indicate a participants presence at the event entrance when they arrive, and print out their badge.
Self-registration:
Allow your attendees to self-load and print their badges themselves.
Scan:
Scan the QR Code on attendees badges at the main entrance or in a specified area of the event.
Practical information:
- Attendance data collected via the app is synchronized in real time with the inwink back-office.
- The application operates in offline mode in the event of loss of connection. Data is synchronized once the Internet connection is restored.
- inwink OnSite is available for use on desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
